Q: How soon do you ship after I place my order?
A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Personalized gifts and some specialty items can take between 10-15 business days to ship due to fabrication time.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Depending on your location, using standard UPS Ground service, you will generally receive your order within 4 to 5 business days after it has been shipped.
Q: Can I get my order sent by rush service?
A: Rush service is available on many items. Please contact customer service for specific shipping information on the item(s) in question.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Common carriers assume all responsibility for safe delivery of the merchandise and all claims must be filed directly with the common carrier within 10 days after receipt of goods.
Q: Do you ship C.O.D. orders?
A: No, we do not ship C.O.D. orders. We do accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Google Checkout.
Q: How do I know how much the freight charge will be?

A: Personalized items generally take between 10-15 business days longer than standard items due to fabrication time.
Q: How do I find out what a product is made from?
A: Specifications including construction material, dimensions, weight, color, finish, etc. are shown for each product in the product profile. Simply click on the product image to see the profile.

Q: Can I get a gift in a custom color or finish?
A: No. We only offer gifts in the colors and/or finishes listed in their product profiles.
Q: How do you ship larger items?
A: Items too large for UPS delivery are shipped by common carrier. Orders shipped by common carrier are palletized. For especially heavy shipments, freight companies can provide lift gate equipped trucks and inside delivery at an additional cost. Please contact customer service for specific information.

A: Yes, we accept Paypal. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Q: Do you have a layaway plan?

Q: How can I find a specific gift item on your site?
