If you are not 100% completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us here at SmartGardenGifts.com you may contact us within the first 30 days and we will replace, repair or refund your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Personalized items are non-returnable.
Merchandise Return Authorization
To obtain a SmartGardenGifts.com Return Authorization Number to return a defective item for refund, credit or replacement, simply write, e-mail or call us at 1-877-205-2865 within 30 days of purchase. Email is preferred for recordkeeping purposes.
If there is not a problem with the item(s) and you simply want to return the item(s), this will be considered a non-defective return. Non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective merchandise. Product boxes and/or items that have been marked, damaged ,defaced, or with parts missing will not be considered for credit or replacement.
Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity with all the original parts, manuals, warranty cards, etc., as shipped by SmartGardenGifts.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Closeout, discontinued and personalized items are not returnable.

Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must be in saleable condition and bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and the return shipping cost will be charged.
Items With Guarantees Or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or your claim may be denied.
We seldom get requests for returns after the 30 day grace period and no set of rules can anticipate all situations. If you work with us, we will pursue every reasonable option to satisfy your request.
Unauthorized Returns
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND WE GIVE YOU THE RETURNS SHIPPING ADDRESS. Orders returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS a 10% service charge and the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. Please contact customer service if you have any questions regarding a return.
